Volleyball Recap: Oconto Extends Winning Streak to Three

Oconto had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lomira Lions.

Alaina VandenLangenberg paced Oconto's offense, picking up eight kills. VandenLangenberg got some help from Adelyn Martin and her 15 assists. Martin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Oconto's win bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Lomira, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Oconto didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Omro on the 11th. As for Lomira, they will challenge Random Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
