Football Game Preview: Rossville Christian Academy Wolves vs. Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles

Two dominant backs in Cayson Meadows and Micaiah Young are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Rossville Christian Academy Wolves will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Rossville Christian Academy's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Washington on Friday. They took a blow against the Generals, falling 38-0. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 273rd in Tennessee, while the Generals are ranked 113th in Mississippi).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 42 points the game before, Tupelo Christian Prep was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were dealt a 36-8 loss at the hands of Red Bay.

This is the second loss in a row for Rossville Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Tupelo Christian Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Rossville Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 27-6 loss they got from Tupelo Christian Prep in their previous meeting back in October of 2016.
