The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Great Hearts Irving's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Matthew Jessee, who posted ten points. Kyle Crissey was another key player, putting up 13 points and five rebounds.
