Basketball Recap: Medina/Pingree-Buchanan Takes a Loss

Medina/Pingree-Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 41-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets. Medina/Pingree-Buchanan was probably out for revenge after losing 55-39 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Medina/Pingree-Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for New Rockford-Sheyenne, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-11.

Medina/Pingree-Buchanan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 35-32 defeat against Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter on the 28th. New Rockford-Sheyenne has also already played their next contest, a 63-52 win against Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] on the 28th.
