Basketball Game Preview: Bath County Chargers vs. Narrows Green Waves

Bath County is 0-10 against Narrows since January of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bath County Chargers just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Narrows Green Waves at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Bath County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Craig County, but they still walked away with a 42-38 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chargers.

Meanwhile, Narrows came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Fighting Blues by a score of 42-29.

Narrows' victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points over those games. As for Bath County, their record is now 9-5.

Bath County was dealt a bruising 62-30 defeat at the hands of Narrows in their previous matchup back in January. Can Bath County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
