West Salem had won seven straight at home, but on Friday they bumped their record up to 20-5 to make it eight. They put the hurt on the Sprague Olympians with a sharp 13-1 win. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Olympians recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

As for Sprague, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. They have struggled against West Salem recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

For Sprague's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaylee Lundeen, who went 1-for-2 with one home run.

Looking ahead, West Salem will take on Forest Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sprague, they will face off against Parkrose at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
