Baseball Recap: Port Chester Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Port Chester's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Nyack Red Hawks on Monday. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Port Chester saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Erick Samano, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Port Chester now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Nyack, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Port Chester and Nyack will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Rams will take on rival Mamaroneck at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Nyack is set to challenge their familiar foe Albertus Magnus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
