Elkmont's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to West Limestone on Thursday. The Elkmont Red Devils had just enough and edged out the East Limestone Indians 3-2. For the Red Devils, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Jacob Pendergrass, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Braidyn Amick also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Elkmont's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-1. As for East Limestone, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.
