Football Game Preview: Glencoe Crimson Tide vs. Lakeridge Pacers

Two dominant backs in Daniel Heninger and Ansu Sanoe are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Glencoe Crimson Tide will take on the Lakeridge Pacers on Friday. Glencoe will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Glencoe hadn't beaten McMinnville on the road since October 29, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Crimson Tide simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Grizzlies 48-6. The result was nothing new for the Crimson Tide, who have now won five games by 29 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Lakeridge faced Lake Oswego in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Pacers came up short against the Lakers, falling 35-14. It was the first time this season that the Pacers let down their fans at home.

Lakeridge's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Glencoe, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.

Glencoe might still be hurting after the 21-0 defeat they got from Lakeridge in their previous meeting back in August of 2023. Can the Crimson Tide avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
