It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Columbine can now relate to. They came up short against the Ralston Valley Mustangs on Friday, falling 35-12. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Mustangs are ranked third).

Ben Frazier and Mark Snyder certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Frazier rushed for 135 yards and one touchdown, while Snyder rushed for 96 yards and one score. Frazier also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making five total tackles and defending one pass.

Ralston Valley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Zeke Andrews out in front who rushed for 91 yards and one TD on only 11 carries, and also threw for 136 yards and one touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes. Levi Rillos was in the mix too, providing the Mustangs with two scores.
