Trinity Christian is a perfect 6-0 against Covenant Academy since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Crusaders will host the Rams at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Trinity Christian is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals last Tuesday, they were much more limited against Central Fellowship Christian Academy on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Lancers. Trinity Christian's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Covenant Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Central Fellowship Christian Academy, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Covenant Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 271st, while Central Fellowship Christian Academy are ranked 90th).

Trinity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Covenant Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Trinity Christian took their victory against Covenant Academy when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. Do the Crusaders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
