Soccer Recap: Farmersville Comes Up Short

Farmersville fell victim to Chapel Hill and their airtight defense on Friday. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 2-0 loss to the Chapel Hill Bulldogs. The loss was the Farmers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Farmersville fell to 2-1. As for Chapel Hill, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Farmersville will square off against Newman Smith at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chapel Hill, they will head out to square off against Nacogdoches at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
