Volleyball Game Preview: Coahoma Bulldogs vs. Compass Academy Cougars

Coahoma is 1-9 against Compass Academy since October of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Cougars at 11:00 a.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Coahoma earned a 3-1 victory over Crane. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Cranes recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 19-25, 25-16, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Compass Academy got the win against Brownfield on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Compass Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16, 25-19.

Compass Academy's win bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Coahoma, their victory bumped their record up to 20-10-1.
