Volleyball Recap: Chicago Christian Takes a Loss

Chicago Christian lost against Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Quinn Grevengoed paced Chicago Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Grevengoed got some help from Meredith Kooistra and her nine assists. Carly Flutman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Chicago Christian's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Chicago Christian has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against St. Edward on the 30th. As for Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Shelbyville on the 29th.
