Volleyball Recap: Heritage Christian Wins Going Away Against Wylie Prep Academy

Heritage Christian won the last time they faced Wylie Prep Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Heritage Christian got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 30-28, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Wylie Prep Academy still got an impressive performance from Miller G Molli, who had 11 digs and one assist. Macey Mcdonald also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.

Heritage Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-5. As for Wylie Prep Academy, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-12-1.

Coincidentally, Heritage Christian and Wylie Prep Academy will both be playing Cornerstone Christian Academy the next time they take the court. The Patriots will host the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Eagles will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
