Anderson-Shiro came tearing into Tuesday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Crockett Bulldogs. 17 seems to be a good number for the Fighting Owls as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Anderson-Shiro's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Crockett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
