Cedartown Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Michael Gibbons Jr
Cedartown picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Michael Gibbons Jr. Nobody could stop Gibbons Jr as he rushed for 59 yards on only eight carries.
Cedartown's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0. Gibbons Jr and Cedartown will be playing in front of their home fans against Cartersville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Kaden Hamilton was a major factor in Hiram's win over Woodland on Friday. Hamilton turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 61 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries.
Unfortunately for Woodland, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Hamilton. Hamilton picked up 85 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 57 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Wildcats duked it out back in October of 2023.

Lindley's next contest is against Allatoona on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort. The matchup will pit Lindley up against the Buccaneers' star running back Xavier Rucker. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
