After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Menlo-Atherton, Carlmont was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They never let the South San Francisco Warriors onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The Scots haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Carlmont's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for South San Francisco, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlmont will take on Sequoia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Carlmont is facing Sequoia at the right time seeing as Sequoia is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for South San Francisco, they will head out to square off against Menlo-Atherton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Menlo-Atherton will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something South San Francisco surely won't give up without a fight.
