Mascoutah entered their tilt with Civic Memorial on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 63-56 victory over the Civic Memorial Eagles. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Civic Memorial's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Adam Ogden, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 14 points and six assists. Ogden is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Riley Lamb, who went 6 of 9 en route to 13 points.

Mascoutah's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Civic Memorial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-9 record this season.

Mascoutah didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-39 loss against Belleville West on the 4th. As for Civic Memorial, they have also already played their next match, a 71-40 victory against Litchfield on the 4th.
