Basketball Recap: Garfield County Comes Up Short

Garfield County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Grass Range/Winnett Rangers, falling 69-33. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Garfield County's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Grass Range/Winnett, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Garfield County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grass Range/Winnett, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Great Falls Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
