Volleyball Game Preview: Tipton Cardinals vs. Windsor Greyhounds

The Tipton Cardinals will venture away from home to face off against the Windsor Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Tipton's tournament run continued when they took on East Buchanan on Sunday. The Cardinals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Windsor came up short against Lincoln on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Windsor was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Lincoln work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 26-24, 25-23.

Tipton's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5-2. As for Windsor, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Tipton took their victory against Windsor when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cardinals since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
