Baseball Recap: Bandon Takes a Loss

After flying high against Oakland last Saturday, Bandon came back down to earth. The Tigers took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Myrtle Point Bobcats on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Bandon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Myrtle Point, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2.

Coming up, Bandon will challenge North Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Myrtle Point, they will square off against Eddyville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
