Soccer Recap: Catskill Has No Trouble Against Rensselaer

Catskill barely beat Rensselaer the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cats blew past the Rams 13-1 on Friday. That's more bragging rights for Catskill, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win made it two in a row for Catskill and bumps their season record up to 2-5. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those two games. As for Rensselaer, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Catskill will square off against Chatham at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rensselaer, they will take on Hudson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rensselaer are facing Hudson at the right time seeing as Hudson are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
