Bridges Prep hasn't had much luck against Lowcountry Leadership recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Buccaneers will venture away from home to square off against the NaviGators at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Bridges Prep made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Hampton County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Buccaneers blew past the Hurricanes 13-5 on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Buccaneers needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Connor Jones and James Williams were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing, Jones pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Williams struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. At the plate, Jones scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-5, while Williams scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
