After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Godley, Kennedale was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Venus Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won nine in a row.

Kennedale was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-12.

Kennedale's victory bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Venus, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-20.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kennedale is set to take on their familiar foe Life Waxahachie at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Venus will face off against rival Hillsboro at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
