Soccer Recap: Springtown Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Springtown has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mineral Wells Rams.

Springtown's loss dropped their record down to 5-2-1. As for Mineral Wells, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springtown will welcome Fort Worth THESA at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mineral Wells, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eagle Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
