            Volleyball Recap: St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs vs. Rancho Cotate Cougars        
        
		
        
        
            If St. Vincent de Paul was feeling good  fresh off their  3-0 takedown of Healdsburg last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs fell  3-1 to the Rancho Cotate Cougars on Tuesday. While the Mustangs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars  25-20 in the first  set.
 St. Vincent de Paul started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-12, 25-15,  25-18.
 Audrey Klinge paced St. Vincent de Paul's offense, picking up ten kills. Klinge got some help from  Johana Stone and her 32 assists.  Kasey Kensic controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
St. Vincent de Paul's loss  ended  a  three-match streak of away wins  and  brought them to 13-14. As for Rancho Cotate, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record  this season.
 St. Vincent de Paul wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  3-1  defeat against Piner on the 23rd. As for Rancho Cotate, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-0  win against Elsie Allen on the 23rd.
