Basketball Game Preview: Milan Big Reds vs. Jefferson Bears

The Milan Big Reds will take on the Jefferson Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Milan and three for Jefferson.

Last Friday, Milan ended up a good deal behind Huron and lost 63-45. While losing is never fun, the Big Reds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 633rd, while the Chiefs are ranked 313th).

Meanwhile, Jefferson suffered their biggest loss since February 16, 2024 on Friday. They had to suffer through a 68-37 loss at the hands of Flat Rock.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Milan, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
