Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grant Union). They blew past the Stanfield/Echo Tigers 19-5 on Friday. The Prospectors not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 9, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Grant Union and bumps their season record up to 3-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Stanfield/Echo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Grant Union didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-7 victory against Pilot Rock on the 8th. Stanfield/Echo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
