Basketball Recap: Flanagan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, Flanagan finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Cypress Bay Lightning, falling 75-30. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Lightning recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Flanagan lost, don't look at AJ Forges. Despite the final result, he posted nine points and five rebounds. Forges has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Adley Pierre also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Flanagan's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Cypress Bay, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Flanagan will head out to take on McArthur at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cypress Bay, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Blanche Ely at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
