Softball Recap: West Central Valley Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when West Central Valley duked it out with Panorama on Saturday. The Wildcats took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

West Central Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Panorama, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-6.

Panorama didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-5 victory against Ankeny Christian Academy on the 7th. Hopefully West Central Valley paid attention to the Panthers' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
