Recap: Harvest Christian vs. STX Saints
Harvest Christian were the 60-43 winner over the STX Saints when they last played one another back in November, but their luck changed this time around. Harvest Christian fell 60-51 to STX on Friday.
Isaac Martinez continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for STX, scoring 32 points along with 7 assists and 5 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Martinez has scored at least 25% of STX's points. The team also got some help courtesy of David Carlin, who scored 4 points along with 6 assists.
Harvest Christian's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for STX, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.
Harvest Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo at 1:30 p.m. on December 2nd. STX is on the road again on Friday and play against Vanguard Academy Rembrandt at 5:00 p.m. on December 1st. Hopefully Vanguard Academy Rembrandt focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Tuesday.
