Basketball Recap: Andrew Wright Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat St. Francis

Cheylin hadn't done well against St. Francis recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Cheylin Cougars came out on top against the St. Francis Indians by a score of 35-24. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 49-45 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Cheylin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Andrew Wright out in front who posted 12 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Kohen Pochop, who had seven points and 15 rebounds.
