Basketball Recap: Cornerstone Christian Cougars vs. Making Waves Academy Marlins
In what's become a running theme this season, the Cornerstone Christian Cougars gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 85-60 margin over Making Waves Academy. The victory was nothing new for Cornerstone Christian as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Shudhit Sooch had a dynamite game for Cornerstone Christian, scoring 39 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sooch has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ McCoy, who scored 21 points.
Cornerstone Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Making Waves Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.
