Soccer Game Preview: Sage Creek vs. Sweetwater

The Sage Creek Bobcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Sweetwater Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Wednesday, Sage Creek and El Cajon Valley finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Sage Creek's goal came courtesy of Aaron Johnson, who's now up to three this season.

Meanwhile, Sweetwater kept a clean sheet against Morse on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over the Tigers. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by three goals or more this season.

Sweetwater has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four contests. With that draw, Sage Creek's record moves to 3-2-2.
