Chatham kept a clean sheet against Dan River on Friday. They blew past the Wildcats 6-0. Considering Chatham have won 11 matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Delaney Haymore and Leighton Johnston scored all six of Chatham's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 50 goals.

Chatham's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five games. As for Dan River, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-8-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chatham will welcome Galileo at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dan River, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Patrick County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Dan River will be up against Patrick County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.08 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
