Recap: Epic South vs. St. Francis Prep Terriers
Epic South pushed their score all the way to 55 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were outmatched by St. Francis Prep on the road and fell 89-55.
St. Francis Prep can attribute much of their success to Nolan Raymond, who scored 22 points. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Vere Anthony, who scored seven points along with ten assists and six steals.
Epic South's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for St. Francis Prep, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.
Epic South does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Francis Prep will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Holy Cross at 7:30 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
