Soccer Game Preview: International vs. Northlake Christian

The International Panthers will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Northlake Christian Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. International's last six contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

International played against Ponchatoula and lost via forfeit.

Northlake Christian is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Beau Chene just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Wolverines have been dealt a draw since back in November.

International dropped their record down to 1-6-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. Northlake Christian's draw makes their record 4-1-2 this season.
