Basketball Recap: White Mountains Comes Up Short

White Mountains lost against Groveton on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The White Mountains Spartans fell to the Groveton Eagles 65-60. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

White Mountains now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Groveton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

While White Mountains had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
