Football Preview: Bryant Hornets vs. Pulaski Academy Bruins        
        
		
             Bryant has won six straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Pulaski Academy has won six straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much  on Friday. The Bryant Hornets will welcome the Pulaski Academy Bruins  at 7:00  p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Bryant is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Arkansas' top teams: Little Rock Christian Academy, who was ranked ninth  in their home state at the time (Bryant was ranked first). Bryant breezed by Little Rock Christian Academy on the road  to the tune of  49-0 on Friday. That 49 point margin sets a new team best for the Hornets this season.
  Jordan Walker was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 239 yards and three touchdowns while completing 86.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 39 yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was  Zach Kertis-Jones, who gained 115 total yards.
 Meanwhile, Pulaski Academy took their  game at home  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  63-14 victory over Central.
 It was another big night for  Brandon Cobb, who threw for 345 yards and five touchdowns while completing 80.6% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. He is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as he's  now  passed for three or more in the last five games he's  played dating back to last season.  Mason Greathouse was another key player, picking up 121 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Pulaski Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Tj Logan,  Hartford Lowe,  and  Ronan Rutherford picked up one apiece. Another thorn in Central's side was  Jackson Redman, who picked up  a  sack and made seven total tackles (4.0 for loss).
 Bryant's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Pulaski Academy, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 5-0.
 Friday's  match will pit two  of the most dominant  signal callers against one another:  Walker and  Cobb. Walker has put up some stellar numbers this year, and currently owns excellent season averages 195.6 passing yards and has 16 passing touchdowns on the season. For his part,  Cobb has averaged 363 passing yards and has 24 passing touchdowns on the season.
