Green County has gone 8-2 against Hart County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Dragons will head out on the road to square off against the Raiders at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Houston Hodges was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Squires, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 19 runs the game before, Hart County was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They came up short against Larue County, falling 12-2. Like the Dragons, the Raiders also had to let a streak go: they had won three straight, but that streak is no more.
Hart County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Minor, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Hart County's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-9-1. As for Green County, they now have a losing record of 5-6-2.
