Baseball Game Preview: Central Eagles vs. Fort Mill Yellow Jackets

The Central Eagles will head out to challenge the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Central saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They lost 10-3 to Paul VI. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cody Branham made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Fort Mill won against Northwestern on Thursday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over Midland Valley. The victory continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won three in a row.

The win got Fort Mill back to even at 8-8. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.
