Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Plainfield walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Linden Tigers with a sharp 68-44 victory on Friday. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.

The win was the eighth in a row for Plainfield, bringing their record up to 25-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.4 points over those games. As for Linden, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-6.

As of now, neither Plainfield nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
