Recap: Kettering Captains vs. South Lyon Lions
The Kettering Captains pushed their score all the way to 57 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 66-57 to South Lyon. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Tuesday (55), Kettering still had to take the loss.
Despite the loss, Kettering still got an impressive performance from Nathan Bisnett, who scored 18 points. The game was Bisnett's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Jarrell, who scored 7 points along with 10 assists and 5 steals.
Kettering now has a losing record at 1-2. As for South Lyon, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 1-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kettering will challenge South Lyon East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Lyon, they will head out on the road to face off against Walled Lake Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
