Bishop Hartley not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 8th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Sheridan Generals as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Generals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-15, 25-19.
Leading Bishop Hartley to victory were Karah O'Malley and Samantha Heuser. O'Malley had 12 digs and four assists, while Heuser had three digs and three aces. That's the most aces Heuser has posted since back in August. Natalie Ference also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.
Sheridan lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Sidney Shonk, who had 11 digs and three assists. She has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.
