Basketball Recap: Far Rockaway Triumphs

Far Rockaway's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They managed a 37-32 win over the Springfield Gardens Golden Eagles. This was payback for the Seahorses, who suffered a 33-22 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Far Rockaway back to even at 3-3. As for Springfield Gardens, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Richmond Hill the next time they take the court. Far Rockaway will head out to face Richmond Hill at 4:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025, while Springfield Gardens will host them at 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
