Basketball Recap: Wilmot Comes Up Short

After soaring to 63 points the game before, Wilmot was a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They took a blow against the Cary-Grove Trojans, falling 64-29. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Wilmot's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Cary-Grove, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wilmot will challenge Badger at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cary-Grove, they will square off against Crystal Lake Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
