Football Game Preview: Davis Sr. Blue Devils vs. Laguna Creek Cardinals + How To Watch

The Davis Sr. Blue Devils will square off against the Laguna Creek Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Davis Sr. is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 47 points back in September, they were much more limited against Arroyo last Friday. They were beaten by the Dons 48-6. The Blue Devils were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Meanwhile, Laguna Creek played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 28-7 to Elk Grove.

Davis Sr. will have to contain Keian Smith as he made an impact in Laguna Creek's last game. He picked up 145 receiving yards and one touchdown. Smith's longest reception was for an incredible 74 yards.

Laguna Creek's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Davis Sr., their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-5.
