Carroll's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over A-D-M. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Carroll has posted since May 30th.

Carroll's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 9-13. As for A-D-M, they dropped their record down to 9-21 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Carroll is taking a road trip to challenge Sergeant Bluff-Luton on Friday. As for A-D-M, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-7 defeat against Norwalk on the 8th.
