Taylor extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Emely Cardenas. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Interlachen Rams with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday for which the team can thank Cardenas, who had eight digs and three aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 25-7.

Taylor's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Interlachen, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-14.

Taylor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Angeline Academy of Innovation on the 13th. As for Interlachen, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Palatka on the 13th.
